LetsDoc Healthcare Technologies Pvt Ltd provides a secure platform myHealthRecords.ai (myHealthRecords, “we”, “our” or “us”) for patients to manage, view, and share their personal health records in compliance with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your health information.
1. Scope of Services
Our service enables you to:
- Securely upload your health records
- View and manage your personal health records
- Fetch health records from other facilities within the ABDM ecosystem, based on your consent
- Share your records with other ABDM-linked facilities or providers as authorized by you
We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, payments, or any unrelated services through this application.
2. Information We Collect
- Identity Data: Name, date of birth, gender, and contact details
- ABDM Identifiers: Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) address and related IDs
- Health Data: Medical reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, lab results, imaging files, and any other electronic health records you upload or fetch via ABDM
- Access Logs: Records of when and by whom your data was accessed, in compliance with ABDM audit requirements
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data only for:
- Storing and displaying your health records
- Enabling consent-based data sharing and retrieval under ABDM
- Maintaining compliance with ABDM and DPDP Act requirements
- Providing technical support related to your health records
We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated commercial purposes.
4. Consent & Your Rights
- Your health data is shared with other ABDM participants only with your explicit consent.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time through the app.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your records by emailing [email protected].
5. Data Storage, Security & Localization
- Data is stored in encrypted form (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit).
- Health data of Indian citizens is stored in India, in compliance with ABDM and DPDP Act requirements.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based access control.
6. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- ABDM-registered facilities and healthcare providers you have authorized
- Regulatory authorities when required by law
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties for unrelated purposes.
7. Retention
Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account or as required by law. Upon account closure, data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18+). Minors can access records only via a parent/guardian account with proper consent.
9. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Significant changes will be communicated through the app and/or email.
